The new Alma MTB Time Trial series races are all about having FUN while racing your mountain bike! "Sally's Trail" in Alma will host the events on Thursdays in July, starting on July 13. Each week the exact course may change slightly, but it is entirely singletrack and a great trail to challenge both beginners and advanced riders!

Race dates:

• Thursday, July 13
• Thursday, July 20
• Thursday, July 27
• RAIN DATE: Thursday, August 3

There will be two categories (A's and B's).

• The first A racer will start at 6:30 p.m. and complete two laps of the course. Racers will proceed at 15-second intervals from the start line. 
• The first B racer will start 15 seconds after the last A racer leaves the gate and complete one lap of the course. Racers will proceed at 15-second intervals from the start line.

There is a strict weather policy in place, as we do not, under any circumstances, want to race or ride on this trail when the trail conditions are excessively wet. Stay tuned to this blog and the series Facebook pages for updates each race night.

Format is loose; again, the goal is to have fun!

Cost is $15 per night, which will get you a great time and a great workout! Bring cash. Or make checks payable to Terry's Cycle. But bring cash.
